You can return unwanted items up to 21 days after purchase.
Items must:
Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags & retail packaging intact).
WHICH PRODUCTS CAN’T BE RETURNED?
The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):
Products you received over 21 days ago
Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
Products without original retail packaging or labels
Products or packaging in poor condition
Perishable goods that contain food products, or which have an expiry date
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR HYGIENE REASONS:
Face coverings
Some beauty products – check the item descriptions before placing an order
Personal care products – tweezers, combs etc
HOW TO RETURN
Fill out the returns section on the front of your delivery note.
Attach the returns label from your delivery note to your parcel, making sure you’ve removed the original address label
Package your parcel securely with the delivery note inside.
Take your parcel to the parcel returns drop-off location. Please ensure you ask for proof of postage and retain this as it provides your unique tracking number.

YOUR REFUND CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS
How returns are processed:
It can take up to 7 days for your item to reach our returns centre.
Once we’ve received your item, we will check and process it. This normally takes up to 2 days, depending on how many returns we are dealing with. We’ll then send you a Return Processed email.
Your refund should appear in your account within 5 days of the Return Processed email.
